Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days, however most items are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, if you do require an item sooner we will always try our best to meet your deadlines.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock after you have ordered we will notify you of the expected delivery date, and give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund, or we will recommend another similar product.
If you require an item for a special occasion please inform us in the notes section ofcheckout and we will always try to ensure it is there by the required date. Delivery Method UK
We dispatched everything via Royal Mail direct from the UK, via First Class Recorded Post.
Cost
Delivery on orders over £30 is free of charge within the UK, and costs £2.49 if your order value is under £30.
International Orders
Delivery outside of the UK is sent via either Royal Mail Airmail, or Fedex. Airmail (signature required on delivery)
Airmail costs £9.99 regardless of order quantity or size, and should take upto 2 weeks, however due to customs laws in some countries your item may be shipped via surface mail which may take upto 6 weeks, this is out of our control. However if you order 3 or more lighters, we will automatically upgrade your order to Fedex shipping. Fedex (fully tracked)
We also have the option of using Fedex as a shipping method internationally, this is a fully tracked service and takes upto 10 working days. and costs £24.99 per order. We are unable to send lighter fuel outside of the UK as this is classified as a hazardous material.  | Featured Products |  | |
